Workplace Issues
Dealing with conflicts, stressful investigations, or being mistreated at work can take a toll long after the workday ends.
We’re here to protect your wellbeing and career. Whether it’s drafting formal letters, preparing for difficult conversations, or attending meetings with you — think of us as your personal HR support team.

HR Meetings & Internal Investigations
Getting called into a meeting with HR can be overwhelming. It often brings with it a mix of emotions — confusion, anger, anxiety, or fear. Allegations around misconduct or performance are tough to face, but your participation in the process is still necessary.
We’ll be by your side throughout. From preparing your response and translating HR jargon to attending meetings and advocating for your wellbeing, our goal is to ensure you’re treated fairly and with respect.
📌 If you’ve been asked to attend an HR meeting, it’s crucial to seek advice immediately.
Your career and livelihood matter — don’t take chances or assume things will “just work out.”
Raising Workplace Concerns & Grievances
Every workplace should have clear steps in place for resolving employee concerns.
But when you’re emotionally involved in a situation, it can be hard to respond clearly or effectively. This often leads to prolonged stress and less desirable outcomes.
That’s where we come in. As a neutral third party with expertise in employment matters, we help you present your concerns in a constructive way — while holding your employer accountable.
Our conflict-resolution approach protects your wellbeing while creating better outcomes for you and your organisation.

Workplace Bullying
Bullying in the workplace isn’t always obvious — but it is serious.
It happens when someone repeatedly treats another person unreasonably, putting their mental and emotional health at risk. This includes intimidation, exclusion, threats, humiliation, or other harmful behaviours (as defined under the Fair Work Act 2009).You shouldn’t have to figure this out alone. We help you identify whether your experience meets legal thresholds and support you in taking the right course of action.
Trying to manage it without guidance could delay resolution or result in the wrong steps being taken.Every workplace has a legal and ethical responsibility to prevent bullying. Team members also share a duty of care to maintain a safe environment for everyone.
Harassment & Discrimination
Harassment (including sexual, racial, and disability-based)
Unlike bullying, harassment and discrimination may involve one-time incidents — but they are no less harmful. These behaviours are unlawful, and you have every right to speak up.
If you’re experiencing harassment, we’re here to listen in confidence and help you explore your next steps.
Sexual harassment may involve:
Unwanted touching or inappropriate contact
Staring or suggestive looks
Inappropriate jokes or sexual comments
Sharing explicit content or images
Invitations to engage in romantic or sexual activity
Intrusive personal questions
Sexual insults, taunts, or messages
📌 If you’ve encountered any of the above, reach out to us.
All discussions are strictly confidential, and we’re here to support your safety and dignity.
